Homelet was formed in 1993 as a partnership run by Ken and Carol Robertson when it was evident that private sector property letting would be a growing business.

From the outset the proprietors were concerned to offer a comprehensive service which could be adapted to the particular needs of private landlords and property developers.

Our services are such that we can handle the complete letting and management of a property without expecting the landlord or tenant to do half the work for us.

We arrange a large number of lettings each year in Scotland and England and we can offer complete renovation and preparation for letting services as well as general sorting and repair work.

As landlords ourselves we know the importance of a good match between property and tenant and to this end we operate a registration procedure for tenants.
